This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the recitals in the I.A. and considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, condition as appearing in paragraph-8 of the order relating to furnishing of the sureties is modified and it is directed that learned Court in seisin over the matter shall not insist that the sureties must be family member of the petitioner, considering the hardship as stated in the interim application.

Learned Court may direct for two sureties, one of whom will be a local person and the other a close relation of the petitioner accused. Other stipulations in paragraph-8 shall remain unaltered. 5.
The I.A. accordingly stands disposed of.
