None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. has prayed to quash the order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Phulbani on 15.10.2015 in Criminal Revision No. 16 of 2015 refusing to release the vehicle bearing Regn. No. OR-12-7384 in favour of the petitioner. The impugned order in this case has been passed way back on 15.10.2015 and in the meanwhile around seven years have passed.

In view of aforesaid development especially when none appears to move the CRLMC, the CRLMC is dismissed for nonprosecution. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
