Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2022 in connection with Baragarh Sadar P.S. Case No.74 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.277 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Baragarh for the alleged commission of offence under Section 379 of IPC read with Section 12(2)/15(4) of PMPL Amendment Act, 2011 read with Section 3/4 of PDPP Act, 1984 and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908.

Considering the submissions, materials on record, the period of detention of the petitioner in custody and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. Further he shall appear before the IIC, Baragrh Sadar Police Station on every alternate Sunday at 10.00 a.m. till conclusion of trial and such fact shall be

certified by the IIC to the concerned court once in every Month. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
