This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.44 of 2022 arising out of Sheragada P.S. Case No. 35 of 2022 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Sheragada registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 457/380 of the I.P.C. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned. Addl. Sessions Judge, Aska, by order dated 12.05.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2022 and Charge-sheet has already been filed on 31.05.2022. 6.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that excepting their confessional statements there is nothing on record to connect with the case.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of materials on record submits that the petitioners having criminal antecedents have remanded in the case.

Considering the submission at the bar, this Court directs the Petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioners shall furnish cash security to the tune of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand)each which shall be kept in shape of short term interest bearing account in any nationalized bank, pledged in favour of the court in seisin over the matter and shall abide by the result of the case at hand. Further one of the sureties must be the family member of the petitioners and they shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every ten days till conclusion of the trial. .

Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
