Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer;

"It is therefore prayed that your lordship may be graciously pleased to consider facts stated in the petition ,issue notice to the op parties to file show cause if they fail to file show cause or show insufficient cause, hearing from both side counsel writ nature of Mandamus may be issued direct to op No 2 to Collector J balasore videANNEXURE-1 and further direct to take legal action against the against the construction of the Angaan Wadi centre over the said land and further direct to opp-party No-2 in the opportunity may given to present at the time of hearing.

And /or other order/doers direction/directions writ/writs as your lordship may think deem just and proper for ends of justice and equity."

In course of hearing it is brought to notice of the Court that a representation ventilating the grievance before the Tahasildar, Khaira has been made in the present writ petition,

the same has been forwarded to the concerned Revenue Inspector for enquiry and report, but no decision appears to have been taken on the said representation.

Considering the above facts, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Khaira (opposite party no.4) to dispose of said representation within a period of three weeks, if not already disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
