and submits, nothing remains in the appeal for adjudication. There was interim measure directed under section 17 of the Arbitration and Reconciliation Act, 1996. The interim measure sought by his client was refused. That was made subject matter of the appeal. However, in the meantime the bank guarantee was encashed by respondent. Ultimately, his client got award. Respondent has challenged the award. 2.
