Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kabisuryanagar P.S. Case No.176 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.173 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kabisuryanagar for the alleged commission of offence under Section 395 of IPC 4.
Considering the nature of allegations, materials on record, the period of detention of the petitioner in custody and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
