Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 302 of 2022 arising out of Balipatna P.S. Case No. 74 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC(O), Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/323/324/325/294/354/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by Order dtd.9.05.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of the injuries, which have been categorized as simple so far as one of the injured Tapan Naik is concerned, and keeping in view the medical report of the other injured Dinabandu Naik and Charge Sheet having been filed, this
Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.
The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
