This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

Complaining non-compliance of the order dated 18th March, 2019 passed in W.P. (C) No. 18278 of 2016, the Petitioner has filed the contempt petition.

In the aforesaid order this Court directed the appropriate Authority of the State Government to allot the proposed piece of the land to the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order and hand over possession of the land to the Petitioner within the said time. 4.

When the matter is taken up today, an affidavit sworn to by Rashmi Ranjan Malik, Additional Tahasildar, Basudevpur in the district of Bhadrak has come to be filed which is taken on record. It is affirmed that the order dated 18th March, 2019 of this Court has

Paragraph-4 of the said affidavit is extracted here in below:- "That, in compliance to the direction of this Hon'ble Court the Govt. have been pleased to allow for exchange of Plot No.94 measuring an area of AC0.14 dec. (details is given at schedule-1) which is possessed and owned by Govt. of Odisha, Revenue & D.M. Deptt. With stitiban land, Khata no.136/1, Plot No. 95/773, Sarad-2 measuring an area of Ac0.15 dec, which is possessed and owned by Ratnakar Bal for bonafide interest of public. Accordingly a dead of exchange was executed between the Collector, Bhadrak and Ratnakar Bal occupying the said plot. A copy of the deed of Exchange is marked to this affidavit as Annexure-A" 5.

Mr. Amit Sahu, Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. B. S. Tripathy, Advocate does not contest the compliance. 6.
