This is the second round of litigation even after this Court observed in earlier Writ Petition involving the Petitioner that the Petitioner for the specific case involved cannot have a remedy under the Orissa Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009. There is unnecessary filing of litigation.

It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. 4.
