Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has a request by way of this Writ Petition for directing O.P.2 to dispose of Mutation Case No.1379 of 2022 filed by the Petitioner on 24.2.2022.

Looking to the nature of the Case, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs O.P.2, Tahasildar, Berhampur to dispose of Mutation Case No.1379 of 2022 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order but however in compliance of necessary requirement and involving the Petitioner.
