This is an application for modification of order dated 17.06.2022.

Considering the submissions made, paragraph-8 of order dated 17.06.2022 stands recalled and the following paragraph be read hereafter as paragraph-8 of the bail application: "8.

It is further directed that the bail granted to the Petitioner is subject to the condition that learned court below shall verify whether the Petitioner has any criminal antecedents of similar nature, except Pottangi P.S. Case No.57 of 2020, corresponding to T.R. case No.33 of 2020. In the event it is found that the Petitioner has criminal antecedents of similar nature except Pottangi P.S. Case No.57 of 2020, corresponding to T.R. case No.33 of 2020, this bail order shall automatically stand revoked."

The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 4.

I.A. stands disposed of.
