This I.A. is filed for modification of the order dated 29.06.2022.

The word "Tahasildar, Balasore, Opposite Party No.4" inadvertently typed in paragraph no.2 of the order dated 29.06.2022 stands corrected and be read hereafter as "the Tahasildar, Remuna, Opposite Party No.3" instead of " Tahasildar, Balasore, Opposite Party No.4". In view of this correction, the Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of the order dated 29.06.2022 along with this order before the competent authority. The other part of the order dated 29.06.2022 remains unaltered. Certified copy of the order dated 29.06.2022 filed in Court today be returned to the Petitioner after making necessary corrections therein.
