This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In the course of hearing of the CRLMC, Mr. M. Banarjee, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays to dispose of the CRLMC by granting bail to the Petitioners on the ground that the main accused has already been granted pre-arrest bail.

Mr. H.N. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 vehemently opposes such prayer of the Petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid submission and taking into consideration the other circumstance on record as well as the limited prayer advanced on behalf of the Petitioners, this Court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the CRLMC by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court in seisin of the case with appropriate bail application for their release on bail and in such event, the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by the said Court.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of.
