Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.
applicant and submits, by order dated 17th October, 2022, his client's writ petition was disposed of in terms of prayer-A to be complied with within two weeks of communication. He submits, there was typographical error in prayer-A regarding the charge IDs. One charge ID number was repeated for both.

He draws attention to annexure-4 in the writ petition to demonstrate that there were two charge IDs.

It is not necessary to direct issuance of notice on the application. Court is convinced there was typographical error in order dated 17th October, 2022 caused by error in prayer-A of the petition.

Paragraph-5 of order dated 17th October, 2022 is modified to be direction upon opposite parties to remove charge IDs bearing no.90382399 and no.90382421 in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

The application is allowed and disposed of.
