The Petitioners having been implicated in Paradeep Lock P.S. Case No.114 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.451 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 366/376(2)(n)/368/323/498(A)/506/34, IPC pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C. (P), Kujang have filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for their release on bail in the event of his arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and keeping in view the nature of accusation as to the role of this Petitioners as those

// 2 // emanate from the materials on record; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed. Interim order passed on 31.05.2021 stands vacated.
