This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 14.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.6277 of 2021.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 14.07.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 4th and 5th paragraph of the order, the name of the Court "District & Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur" be substituted by "Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court, Kujang". Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by four weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
