This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Petitioner approached the Bank for sanction of loan to purchase a Flat in Chandrakanta Enclave, considering which the Bank sanctioned a term loan of Rs. 48.00 lakhs on 26th September, 2013 to be repaid in 240 equated monthly installments @ 9.10%. Due to indiscipline repayment of installments, the Bank-Opposite Party has issued notice under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 assuming possession of the secured asset. 3.
None appears for either of the parties.

An affidavit has come to be filed seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file the writ petition with better particulars indicating certain additional developments that have taken place after filing of the present writ petition.

In view of the said affidavit, the prayer for withdrawal is allowed with liberty as sought for.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
