1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. As per surrender certificate filed in Court, Petitioner No.1 has surrendered to custody on 4th July, 2022 after expiry of the period of interim bail.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

4. The Petitioners are in custody since 17th May, 2022 in connection with Balugaon P.S. Case No.74/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.151/2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chillika for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 452/294/323/324/307/506/34 of I.P.C.
5. It is submitted that because of a petty quarrel, the Petitioners assaulted the informant, who is their neighbor, in course of which he sustained several injuries on his person. Learned State counsel has taken instruction that the informant has recovered from his injury and attending to his day to day work.
6. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.
7. The BLAPL is disposed of.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
