1. It is submitted by Mr. T.K. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been remanded to custody in violation of the provisions contained in Sec.167(2) of the Cr.P.C. As such the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to approach the learned trial court in this regard at the first instance.

2. Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
