This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the bail application has been disposed of by order dated 13.06.2022 but inadvertently in the 4th line of the paragraph-9 of the said order, the words "similar nature of" has not been written. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 4th line of paragraph-9 of the order dated 13.06.2022 after the word "criminal antecedents", the words "of similar nature" be inserted, rest part of the order remaining the same. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
