This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

Learned Counsel for the parties being present with the informant submits that the dispute which had given rise to criminal case has in the meantime been amicably resolved. The Informant being present reiterates her version as have averred in the Affidavit.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 4.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Khandagiri P.S. Case No.276 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1998 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
