On consent of the parties this matter is taken up for final hearing.

During course of hearing bringing the pleadings taken in paragraph no.7 of I.A. No.4655 of 2022 to the notice of this Court, Mr. Nanda, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that at least at this stage without taking any decision on the impugned order a direction may be issued to the Director of Industries, Odisha, Cuttack for considering the grievance application of the Petitioner involving the present issue and taking a lawful decision.

Mr. Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate, however, has no disagreement to such proposal, but urges, let there be independent

// 2 // decision by appropriate Committee instead of Director of Industries, Odisha.

Keeping the above in view, this Court in disposal of the writ petition permits the Petitioner to make a detailed grievance to the Secretary, M.S.M.E. being the Chairman of the Committee for the purpose at least within a period of fifteen days hence. It is further directed that in the event any such grievance is made to the Committee constituted under the paragraph 5.5. of the I.P.R, 2015 within the time stipulated hereinabove, the same shall be considered and disposed of by taking an independent decision and not being influenced by the observation made in the impugned order. 5.
