1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.2/ Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack to award one mark against question No.18 of Paper No.I of OSSTET, 2021 (2nd) held on 09.02.2022 since she has given correct answer against the said question.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has made a representation before the Opposite Party No.2/ Board of Secondary

// 2 // Education, Odisha, Cuttack ventilating her grievance. But the same is still pending since 16.04.2022.

5. In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.2/ Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of presentation/ production of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
