Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Filing the Writ Petition, the Petitioner alleges that even though there has been showing of some developments on her representation at Annexure-1, for the endorsement therein and there has been further development through communication, vide Annexure-2, dated 3.12.2021 but there is no finality to the request of the Petitioner.

This Court finding the innocuous request involved herein disposes of the Writ Petition observing in the event the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-1 is kept pending, the Collector, Puri, O.P.2 shall do well in completing the required exercise at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
