This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and the informant.

The petitioner is accused in Rambha P.S. Case No.103 of 2022 corresponding G.R. Case No.351 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote, under Sections 306/506/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote, by order dated 12.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 22.03.2022 being forwarded inter alia under Section 306 of the IPC.

After investigation, charge-sheet has been filed on 18.04.2022 under the self same Sections i.e. Sections 306/506/34 of IPC.

Taking into account that the period of custody and filing of charge-sheet inter alia under Section 306 of IPC, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
