This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of the cause title of the Petitioners column as also the name of the village of the Petitioners.

Considering submission made and on going the through the averments taken in the Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to correct the name of the village of the Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 as "Vill. Aitipur" instead of "Amrutpur" and in respect of Petitioner No.3 as "Vill. Amrutpur" instead of "Aitipur" in the Petitioners column of the cause title of the bail application. In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
