1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. In view of the limited nature of grievance raised in the writ petition and considering the submissions at the Bar, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission without issuing notice to opposite party nos.3 and 4.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been granted Dearness Allowance and is going to retire on attaining the age of superannuation in the near future.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner's entitlement has been due for some time and the authorities have not granted the same.

5. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall move the authorities raising the grievance supported by all the relevant documents which may be disposed of in accordance with law.

6. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that any representation that would be made by the petitioner, shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed of by the authority in due time.

7. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with the following observation: 8.

The petitioner shall make a properly constituted representation supported by all the documents raising the grievance regarding non receipt of Dearness Allowance before the appropriate authority.

9. The appropriate authority shall do well to consider the representation of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation and the documents.

10. The order that would be passed by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks.

11. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, in any manner whatsoever.

12. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
