CORAM:
JUSTICE B.P.ROUTRAY JUSTICE M.S.SAHOO Order No.
ORDER
27.05.2022 1.
1. Heard Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is against the decision to take final measurement communicated to him under Annexure-7.
3. Upon perusal of Annexure-7, it reveals that the authorities concerned, i.e., Executive Engineer, Rural Works Division, Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.5) has directed the petitionercontractor to remain present on 31.05.2022 at the site for completing the measurement. As such, we do not find any merit to interfere with the same since the direction of the authority is for presence of the petitioner to take the measurement only.
4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. ...........................
