This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.680 of 2020 corresponding to Kuchinda P.S. Case No.226 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Kuchinda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections395/397 of the IPC, read with Section-25 of Arms Act, and the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2020.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kuchinda by Order dtd. 13.04.2021 in BLAPL No. 28 of 2021, the present BLAPL has been filed. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court in order dtd. 29.09.2021 in BLAPL No. 5046 of 2021 and considering that the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2020, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
