This is an application for extension of the date of surrender of the petitioner in the learned Court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned trial Court as per the order dated 28.06.2022 due to illness and therefore, the date of surrender may be extended. Considering the averments taken in the interim application and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the date of surrender of the petitioner as fixed as per order dated 28.06.2022 is

// 2 // extended till 21st October 2022. The rest part of the order dated 28.06.2022 remains unaltered. It is made clear that no further extension of date of surrender shall be granted. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
