1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be permitted to correct the cause title in Court today to implead the Board of Secondary Education as opposite party no.1.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the cause title, after putting his initials.

5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made representation dated 12.04.2022 to the opposite party no.2-The Controller of Examination, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack for rechecking and recounting of OSSTET (2nd)-2021 Examination.

6. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the limited nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission without issuing notice to the opposite parties.

7. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application in proper format and submit the same along with copy of Annexure-4 before the authority-opposite party, who shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with the application form and copy of Annexure-4.

8. The order that would be passed by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks.

9. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, in any manner whatsoever.

10. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
