3. The Petitioner is in custody in connection with Adava P.S. Case No.60/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.69/2021 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Gajapati, Parlakhemundi for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/25/29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering the fact that the contraband allegedly seized from the possession of the Petitioner is more than commercial quantity i.e. 847 kgs. 700 grams of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected.
