1.This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is the legal heir of Late Dibakr Pradhan who was a retired teacher. The petitioner is a physically challenged person. He has filed this Writ Petition against the action of the Opposite Party No.4 for not sanctioning the family pension and T.I to him.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar stated to have raised an objection which is required to be attended to.
5. The petitioner is directed to approach the Controller of Account, Odisha and remove the defects pointed out in
// 2 // the application within a period of one month from today. In the meantime, the Controller of Accounts, Odisha shall proceed on the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month.
5 Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
