1. The only prayer in the present application is that the trial in G.R. Case No.1427 of 2006 pending before the SDJM (S), Cuttack should be completed in a time bound manner.

2. Considering that the case has been pending for over sixteen years now, a direction is issued to the concerned trial court to complete the trial in the aforementioned case within a period of six months from today. The interim order if any is vacated. No further directions are called for in the present application.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.

4. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice S.K. Guin
