This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court to be kind enough to admit this writ petition, issue show cause notice to the Opposite Parties, calling upon them to show cause as to why this writ application shall not be allowed and the registration made in favour of Opp. Party No.4 under Annexure-5 shall not be quashed and the action of the O.P. No.3 shall not be declared as illegal; if the Opp. Parties shows no cause or shows insufficient cause, the writ application may be allowed. The registration made in favour of the Opposite Party No.4, vide Annexure-5 may be quashed being the action of O.P. No.3 is illegal, unjust, and against the mandates of statute. And/or pass such other further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
And for which act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."
