1. 1. Heard Mr. M.R.Dhal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N.Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the StateO.Ps.

2. Mr. Dhal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime the Collector has passed order under section 15 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2012 rejecting his objection. As such, he wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appropriate legal proceeding.
