Taking into account the quantity of contraband 'Ganja' seized and in view of the Bar under Section-37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, this Court is not inclined to consider the application for bail of the petitioner, the same is accordingly stands rejected. 4.

The learned Court below may do well to expedite the trial.

The BLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
