Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State 3.

As directed, the T.I. Parade report and CCTV footage have been produced in a closed envelope. The CCTV footage is in the form of a pen drive.

Considering the nature of accusations against the petitioners and the fact that both of them have been identified in T.I. parade as also seen in the CCTV footage at the time of occurrence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected.

The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
