This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.06.2022 passed in BLAPL No.4873 of 2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has one more criminal antecedent of similar nature, though he could not submit this fact on the previous occasion due to absence of proper instruction from his client to that effect. He further submits that the Petitioner has been directed to be released on bail by the aforesaid order dated 17.06.2022.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, the last line in para-8 of the order dated 17.06.2022 is hereby modified to the extent as follows -

// 2 // "In the event it is found that the Petitioner has more than two criminal antecedents of similar nature, then this bail order shall automatically stand revoked." 6.

Order dated 17.06.2022 is modified to the above extent only, and the I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
