1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the Notice No. PR-140 dated 17.5.2022 (Annexure-1) issued by the Tahsildar, Tangi-Choudwar (O.P. No.3) arising out of OPLE Case No. 05/15-16 wherein the petitioner has been notified to vacate the encroached land by 31.5.2022. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner apprehends immediate eviction and may be permitted to file appeal.
3. The petitioner is permitted to file appeal as well as petition for any kind of interim order before the appellate authority.
4. It is observed that the authority shall do well to consider the same if the same is filed in accordance with law and pass necessary orders.
