This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
"Petitioners therefore most humbly pray that Your Lordships may kindly be graciously pleased to issue a Rule Nisi calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why direction shall not be given to the Opp. Parties to release the final family pension to the petitioners along with GPF/Gratuity, and other arrear dues of Late Lambodhar Nath by regularizing his service And if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Rule be made absolute by directing the Opp. Parties to release the final family
// 2 // pension to the petitioners along with GPF/gratuity, and other arrear dues/service benefits of Late Lambodhar Nath by regularizing his service;
And /or any other order/orders, direction/directions which would afford complete relief to the petitioner taking into account the hardship suffered by the Petitioner in the peculiar facts of the present case;" 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that although the petitioners have filed representation dated 02.12.2021 under Annexure-10 before the Secretary of Odisha, Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1, the same is still pending before the said Opposite party and the said Opposite Party has not taken any decision as of now. 5.
Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the grievance petition of the petitioners in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time and disburse the same.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties, the limited nature of grievance involved in the present writ petition, keeping in view the case of the petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Secretary of Odisha, Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 02.12.2021 under Annexure10 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the petitioners shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision so taken on the said representation shall be
// 3 // communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
