This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned senior Standing counsel for the Vigilance.

The petitioner is an accused in V.G.R. Case No.13 of 2022, pending on the files of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Sambalpur, arising out of Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.05 of 2022 under Sections 7/12 of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act and is in custody since 14.05.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Sambalpur, by order dated 23.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that charge sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile and the petitioner is a lady and her husband is stated to be suffering from Squamous Cell Carcinoma, this Court
directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
