This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

During course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this bail application in respect of the Petitioner No.1. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn in respect of Petitioner No.1. The ABLAPL is now confined only to Petitioner Nos. 2 & 3, hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioners'.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Plantsite P.S. Case No.139 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.655 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Panposh, Rourkela within three weeks hence and move for their release on
// 2 // bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
