This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On oral prayer, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections so far as the names of the petitioners and the names of the villages are concerned in the cause title of the bail application in Court today.

This I. A. has been filed by the petitioners for modification of the order dated 23.08.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to mistake of the names of the petitioners and also name of village, the petitioners could not surrender before the learned court below. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order

// 2 // dated 23.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.6183 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
