This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in Balasore Town P.S. Case No.94 of 2022, corresponding to C.T. Case No.382 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore, under Section 392 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rourkela, by order dated 24.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners were remanded in the case at hand on 04.05.2022 and it is further stated that there are no materials on record to connect the

petitioners in the present crime but only based on their confessional statement, they have been implicated as accused in the case at hand. 8.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail inter alia on the ground of criminal proclivity of the petitioners. 9.

Taking into account that the charge-sheet has already been filed, as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner on 26.06.2022, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 10.

Additionally, it is directed that one of the sureties shall be immediate member of the family and the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once in every fifteen days till conclusion of trial and such appearance shall be intimated to the Court in seisin over the matter and violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
