Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.2315 of 2021, pending on the files of learned Sri D. Bala, J.M.F.C, Cuttack, arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No.181 of 2021, under Sections 394/34 of IPC & Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

It is seen that the final form in the case at hand has been submitted on 31.12.2021 and the order of rejection by the learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Cuttack dated 16.05.2022. 5.

This bail application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the Court in seisin over the matter.
