This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Khandagiri P.S. Case No.251 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.3043 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offences under sections 364/364-A/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 25 of the Arms Act. Perused the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that there is one injured, namely, Subham

// 2 // Mohanty, who has sustained simple injury and there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the interim order dated 29.06.2022 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
