Heard learned counsels for both the parties.

The last sentence in para-5 of the order dated 17.06.2022 stands deleted. Further, in the third line of that para-5, the words "investigation in the case has been completed and charge-sheet in the case has been submitted" be deleted. Other conditions in the said order remain the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
