This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for a direction of early disposal of the Certificate Proceeding bearing Certificate No.116 of 2016 is stated to be pending before the Special Certificate Officer-cum-Sub-collector, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.4) 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the Certificate Proceeding for interim realization of deposit before the Tribunal. Thereafter, the same is to be paid to the claimants because of delay of certificate proceeding the same is not paid for the claiming awarded amount.

Considering the submissions made and the limited nature of grievance involved in the present writ petition, this Court directs the Special Certificate Officer-cum-Sub-collector, Bhubaneswar (Opposite
// 2 // Party No.4) to conclude the proceeding within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 7.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
